At a glance
This policy explains how PushSense ("we") handles information when you use our iPhone app, these support pages, or contact us at pushsenseapp@gmail.com.
The app counts repetitions on your iPhone and keeps workout history there. It does not require a PushSense account, upload camera or depth frames, or send usage events to a PushSense analytics service. Sharing a workout, sending support email, and visiting this website involve the separate processing described below.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. The app and this website contain no advertising or analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or advertising identifiers.
Camera & depth measurements
With your camera permission, PushSense uses the front TrueDepth camera's depth measurements to count repetitions. Processing takes place on your iPhone. Camera footage and depth frames are not saved or uploaded, and we do not receive them.
PushSense does not use Face ID authentication, identify you, or create a facial identity profile. You can withdraw camera access in iOS Settings at any time; automatic counting will then be unavailable.
Workout history & preferences
Completed workout records, including repetition counts, sets, durations, and dates, are stored locally on your iPhone along with app preferences. These records power History, progress charts, and workout summaries. They are not sent to us automatically.
Records remain until you delete them in History or remove the app's data. PushSense has no account-based cloud sync or recovery service. Your iPhone's system backup settings may separately affect copies of local app data; PushSense does not manage those backups.
An unfinished set is not saved after a training interruption. If a result shows Not Saved, it is not a saved History record and is not recovered after the app process ends.
Support emails
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name your email includes, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot your request, and follow up. We do not automatically attach workout history, camera data, or diagnostic logs.
Our support mailbox is hosted by Google through Gmail. Google processes mail and related service information under the Google Privacy Policy. Please avoid including health information or other sensitive details that are not needed for support.
We retain support correspondence for no more than 12 months after your issue is resolved, then delete it, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Provider backup deletion follows the provider's own processes. You can request earlier deletion by emailing us from the address used for the request.
Diagnostics & usage information
PushSense 1.0 does not run an app-owned telemetry service or upload diagnostics, performance measurements, or usage events to us. It does not generate an analytics installation identifier.
Apple may separately process and share app analytics or diagnostic reports according to your Apple and iPhone privacy settings. This is governed by Apple's policies and controls. You can review Analytics & Improvements under Privacy & Security in iOS Settings. Any future optional PushSense collection will be explained before you choose whether to enable it.

These pages are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect the website, Cloudflare processes connection and request information, which may include your IP address and technical traffic data. Cloudflare also processes network data to operate, improve, and secure its services. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for its processing and retention practices.
We do not add analytics, advertising, cookies, or browser-storage identifiers to these pages. All fonts, styles, and scripts are served with the site. The Copy email address button writes only our support address to your clipboard when you press it; it does not read your clipboard.
External links open services governed by their own policies. Hosting and email providers may process information in countries other than yours.
Your choices & privacy requests
You can revoke camera permission in iOS Settings, delete individual workouts in History, choose whether and where to share images, and decide what to include in support emails. We cannot access, retrieve, or remotely delete your local workout records. Manage system backups and copies in other apps through those services.
For access, correction, deletion, or questions about information held in support correspondence, email pushsenseapp@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to appeal a decision. You may use the same address to request an appeal. We may need to verify that a request comes from the relevant email account, and will respond as required by applicable law.
We use service providers as described above and may disclose information we hold if required by law. We do not use support correspondence to build advertising profiles.
Policy updates
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Material changes will be explained through this page and, when appropriate, in the app before new processing begins.
